FAQ

Where are you located?

Texas. Everything self-fulfilled ships from here.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually go out within 2-3 business days via USPS. Slides are made to order and take the longest - expect them to take a bit more time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are working on it - UK and Canada first.

How do pre-orders work?

See our Pre-Order Policy page.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how we handle wrong items, lost packages, and size issues.

How do I know what size to order?

Every apparel product has a size chart on its page. Check it before you order - we do not do returns for wrong sizes.

Are your designs original?

Yes. Every design is created in-house. We don't do generic clip-art merch.
