How Pre-Orders Work

Some of our products - especially patches - are made to order through pre-order windows. Here's the deal:

We open a pre-order window for a set time. When the window closes, production starts, and the production lead time (usually 6-8 weeks) runs from the day the window closes - not from the day you order. Ordering on day one means your total wait includes the rest of the window; ordering near the close means a shorter wait. Orders ship in the order they were placed.
